Dressage Estates

The Dressage Estates community was developed to allow owners the opportunity to build their own homes in an equestrian focused community. The development features 47 lots that are 20 acres in size, which allows for ample size to keep horses on the property. The development features infrastructure (roadways, electric, water, etc.) and guardhouse and signage.
