Cocoa Landing

Cocoa Landing is a townhome and apartment community that has received City approval and is currently in planning stages. The project is in a desirable location surrounded by a conservation area on all but one side. The project will feature 172 townhomes and 312 apartments located on a 53-acre facility. The townhomes will be located in 27, four, five, and six unit buildings; many of these units will feature attached garages as well. The apartments will be comprised of 13 buildings with units that are available in 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms.
